Gayathri is a seasoned banking technology professional, having worked in the industry for nearly 25 years. She spent 11 years as Senior Consultant at i-flex solutions, managing many of the banking software company’s most important MNC clients. i-Flex was acquired by Oracle in 2005.

In 2004, Gayathri moved to Citibank’s  Global O&T division as Senior Vice President. During her time there, Gayathri worked on multiple data warehouse applications and was responsible for the global implementation of Citi’s financial data warehouse. She also managed Citi’s Cash Management Systems, working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Gayathri left Citi in 2011 to pursue her interest in grooming young IT talent. She developed banking technology programs for graduates and mid-career professionals at Singapore Management University’s School of Information Systems, before joining business technology training company, Pelican Brown, where she continues to serve as an Advisor.

Having devoted much of her career to building bridges between technology providers and business users, Gayathri is committed to sharing this experience with others through knowledge building, training and mentoring.

Gayathri has a Masters in Science and Applied Mathematics from Anna University.
